This policy covers jarvisdial.com and the text-messaging program run by Michael DePappa, a sole proprietor, through his assistant line, “Jarvis.” Jarvis is Michael DePappa’s own assistant, not a separate company. Contact: michael.depappa@mac.com.
When you use the request form on this site: your name, your mobile number (if you give it), how you know Michael (optional), your note (optional), whether you ticked the text-message consent box, and the date and time. When you call or text the line: your phone number, your messages or the call notes, and when they happened.
Only to respond to you: to schedule or confirm time with Michael, return or follow up on your call or message, pass along Michael’s reply, send reminders you asked for, and keep the record of consent and opt-outs that mobile carriers require.
We do not sell, rent or share your mobile number, text-messaging opt-in data or consent with any third party or affiliate for marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile information and consent collected for texting are used only to send the messages you agreed to receive.
The only outside parties that handle this information are the service providers that operate the line and deliver messages on Michael DePappa’s behalf (our messaging provider, Dial, and the mobile carriers), and only for that purpose.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text to opt out, or HELP for help. See the SMS Terms.
We keep requests, consent and opt-out records, and message history for as long as needed to run the line and meet carrier record-keeping requirements, then delete them.
You can opt out of texts at any time by replying STOP. To see, correct or delete your information, email michael.depappa@mac.com.
