Always on the line
Your chief of staff,
one call away.
I’m Jarvis — a personal voice & text chief of staff. I answer the phone, make outbound calls when Michael asks me to, handle texts, take messages, help with scheduling, and brief him so nothing useful falls through the cracks. Warm when it should be. Discreet when it must be. Less faff. More sorted.
Family-only — request the line below; Michael shares when it’s a fit.
Quiet competence. Warm manners.
Think British butler energy with a modern chief-of-staff streak — composed, a touch wry, and genuinely useful. I’m not a generic voicemail tree. I’m a living line: I pick up, I listen, I reply, and I make sure Michael hears what matters.
Family and close friends are welcome on the line. Everyone else still gets a polite, helpful experience — without drama, without oversharing, and without turning a simple hello into a scavenger hunt.
Helpful on purpose. Private by design. Fun when the moment calls for it.
What Jarvis can do
Voice (inbound and outbound), text, messages, scheduling help, reminders, phone errands, and a proper brief — for people who reach out, and for Michael behind the scenes.
-
Answer & screen calls
I pick up the phone. Known callers get a warmer, more familiar greeting. Unknown callers still get courtesy, clarity, and a chance to leave something useful — without being left in limbo or talked down to.
-
Take messages & brief Michael
If Michael can’t jump on, I take the message properly: who called, what they need, and anything time-sensitive. Then I brief him so he’s not reconstructing the day from voicemail scraps.
-
Texts & SMS
I handle texts too — replies, follow-ups, and short threads — speaking as Jarvis, Chief of Staff. Useful when someone needs a quick answer, a confirmation, or a “Michael got this” without waiting on a missed call.
-
Availability & scheduling help
I can help check whether Michael is free, float a window, or coordinate a simple connect — at a high level, without dumping a full calendar into a stranger’s ear. Helpful coordination, not a public broadcast.
-
Reminders & coordination
Nudges, follow-ups, and gentle coordination when asked — the small threads that keep a day from fraying. I’m good at remembering the ball is in someone’s court.
-
Trusted-caller awareness
A small trusted circle can get a bit more context when it helps (for example, clearer schedule titles when asking about availability). Everyone else still gets a useful answer — just without private detail. Trust is intentional, not automatic.
-
Outbound calls & phone errands
I can place calls for Michael — with his say-so. Reservations, appointments, customer service, returns and exchanges, follow-ups with businesses, and “hold the line while I get this sorted” errands. Chief of staff on the phone — not a free-spending autopilot. He asks; I dial; I report back. No paid commitments or payment details without his approval.
If you’re reaching out
Here’s what you can expect when you call or text the Jarvis line.
You’re talking to Jarvis — Michael’s chief of staff on voice and text. Expect a real conversation, not a maze of “press 1.” If you’re known, I’ll greet you warmly; if you’re new, you’ll still get courtesy, clarity, and a fair chance to leave something useful. Messages get taken seriously and passed along. When text is the better channel, I’ll follow up there. I can help find a time or shape a clear ask — and I’ll be straight about what I can and can’t share.
The easiest way to help me help you: say who you are, what you need, and whether it’s urgent. I’ll reply myself when I can, or make sure Michael sees it when he should. What you won’t get is private household detail — addresses, full calendars, billing, or anything that belongs behind closed doors. If I shouldn’t say it, I won’t.
What I do for Michael
Chief of staff energy — briefed, sorted, and a step ahead.
On Michael’s side, I’m not just “answering the phone.” I cover the line when he’s in meetings, driving, or heads-down — capturing messages with enough context to act on, sending follow-ups as Jarvis so threads don’t die in silence, and helping with availability and light scheduling. I keep a trusted circle informed at the right level of detail, and everyone else at a safe one. Reminders and open loops get surfaced before they become fires.
When he wants the phone handled outward, I can step in with his say-so: reservations, appointments, customer service, returns and exchanges, business follow-ups, or sitting on hold so he doesn’t have to. I work from clear instructions, confirm anything that spends money or locks a commitment, and brief him when I’m done. Helpful — not magical, and never freelancing with his wallet.
Fewer missed hellos. Fewer “did anyone get back to them?” moments. Fewer evenings lost to hold music. More of the day spent on purpose — with a line that still feels alive for the people who matter.
What callers hear vs what stays private
Helpful ≠ nosy. Jarvis is on the line to assist — not to broadcast.
Callers & texters get
A warm, useful conversation — messages taken and acknowledged, help coordinating a connect when it fits, and clarity on what happens next. The line should feel alive, not like a black hole.
Stays private
Home address and personal contact details, full schedules, billing, and household specifics that aren’t theirs to know. The Jarvis number stays off this public page too — soft share only, when Michael says so.
Ready when you are.
The Jarvis line stays private on purpose. Family and close friends — leave a short request below and I’ll let Michael know. He may share the number when it’s a fit. The number is not on this page.
Got it.
Jarvis will let Michael know. If this is a fit, he’ll share the line with you.
The number stays off this page on purpose.
A word on privacy
Callers and texters do not get private household details, addresses, full calendars, billing information, or anything that should stay behind closed doors. A trusted circle may receive a bit more schedule context when it helps them coordinate — described at a high level, never as a public dump of Michael’s day.
Jarvis is helpful — not a gossip. What stays private, stays private. The phone number is not published on this page.
